This Blueberry Photo Meditation can help you relax right now as well as get ready for mindful eating of your next snack.
Photo Meditation for Your Mind Spirit and Body
- When you sit comfortable, just close your eyes and start breathing at least for 60 seconds to relax your body
- Open your eye, look at the photos of blueberry and pick the one you like the most and would love to continue photo meditation with.
- Continue breathing.
- Look at the blueberries with attention, notice the colors, find small details you might never had a chance to notice before.
- Pay also attention to your breathing.
- Using your imagination, try to remember the taste of a ripe blueberry. Do you remember how the seeds look?
- Now look at other photos of blueberries. Try to find a difference in shape, color and texture.
- Keep on breathing.
- When you are ready, take a couple of deep breaths and get back to your daily routine.
