*Beach Sand Photo Meditation
Sit comfortable and take a couple of deep breaths. Look at the beach sand photos and pick the one you like the most.
Now, close your eyes and think about couple of problems that make you unhappy and worried.
As soon as you identify your first problem that worry you the most, stop thinking about problems and start paying attention to your breathing.
Keep on breathing for a couple of minutes, thinking of nothing but breathing.
Now, open your eyes, and look at the beach sand photo you picked earlier.
With your eyes closed or open, imagine yourself writing your problem in the sand. Very slow, word, by word.
Can you see your writing? Now, imagine the tide washing it away… Can you see it ?
Keep on breathing…
You have to believe that your problem will go away sooner or later. As for now, just breathe and don’t let it bother you again. It is not a problem any more, it is a concern, and it is up to you how you want to handle it.
Take a couple of deep breaths, give yourself a hug and a smile, and get back to your daily routine.
