Inhale joy, exhale anxiety…

Keep on breathing….

Observe the elegance of the rose petals on the photo.

Do pastel colors help you relax? Can you feel healing energy of the pink to white color therapy?

Do you enjoy the elegance and dreaminess of the rose petals or this observation makes you feel anxious?

What do the rose petals remind you? A beautiful dress? A silk scarf? A happy dream? Just an elegant hybrid tea rose photo taken with a lensbaby composer for a dreamy effect?

Are you breathing? Pay attention to your breathing for a couple of minutes.

Now return your attention to the rose.

Think of the shape of the petals, can you describe them?

What are you thinking right now?

Have you noticed that your negative thoughts are not in your mind any more?
